Smog Ace

Wife went to Smog Ace and came back letting me know to take all our vehicles there in the future. Said the service was great, quick, and the owner is a no-nonsense, knowledgeable and friendly guy. Looks like Smog Ace has our business. Happy wife, happy life!

I've only been here to smog 2 cars, but in both instances Gordon was great, extremely helpful, and while my first visit my initial impression was that he was maybe a little grumpy, its just that he's a straight forward kind of guy that takes a minute to warm up past business because he's busting his hump trying to get your car taken care of and get you back on the road again. I'm glad I came back and as long as I live anywhere in Eldorado or any neighboring County I will come out of my way to give him my business, and you should too. Side note, if you are trying to help with his license plate collection, skip Alabama, I was already able to help him find that one.

Amazing smog shop! Dropped the kids off at fair, did a search for smog places in Placerville and found this gem. Owner is courteous, shop, including bathroom, is clean and well taken care of. So glad I found Smog Ace!

Made a quick call and they had a spot open. Was able to get in and out super fast. Excellent service! Very clean location. Will be using them from now forward.
