Juliana and the crew at Smog Guys in Concord were absolutely fabulous!!! Great customer service, fast efficient. I was in and out without any hassle. I highly recommend them to anyone needing smog services.
This is the second car I’ve rushed over here last minute. Each time I called on the way and was told to walk right in. They got me in and out with no fuss. This time I was helped by Alex, dom, and jimmy. Snacks and beverages while I waited. I wish I had known that they can also handle dmv registration, plates, etc. before I had spent hours earlier in the day at AAA. One thing to note is that the name appears differently on Google, but its location is spot on.
Alex and his crew were amazing, friendly & fast. You can get everything done through them for DMV too! Highly recommend them!
The guys at this Concord location I go to are always very polite and prompt. I do an average of 6 cars a year and they all get smogged with Ghe Smog Guys. And they’re easy to get to from just about anywhere. I highly recommend them for any Smog check!!!
