This has been a reliable place to come do SMOGs. I don't feel taken advantage of. Very knowledgeable tech there. Honest and upfront about the condition of your car. Visited him 6 times in past years and I have been recommending him to my family. These are good people and they are working hard to keep you going during busy times. Very happy with them. Plus there is a carwash on property so you can get your ride looking as good as it drives.

Came to the business with a specialty vehicle with modified exhaust. It passed all smog equipment test parameters per california state law, even while missing the secondary catalytic converters. Instead of allowing this vehicle to be cleared - even tho emissions passed - the car was flagged by the employee of the business in a california database as "tampered". I now must replace my exhaust system to clear the car's lien by the state. Sure, we can make a point that CA state law requires four cats and not two. However, the car was a pass in all emissions fields. You tell me. As a note, the shop has smogged this vehicle before and yet the last time (with the same specialty mods and same person) the car was not revved multiple times or visually checked. I don't recommend this place unless your one of his "homeboys or cousins coming in after hours !" Over priced, uninformative, and this is my second vehicle there , 4th smog and he does it different Everytime but if you replace your catalytic converter he passes with an incomplete test no problem. I'm going to take it back after I pass and test again just to prove he's not on the up&up. Top is 2nd test

Made the mistake of trying a new place, Guy hooks up to my obd2 port and it reads 3 monitor's not available or ready. Tells me it's the egr and other parts the ecu isn't reading. I've had my 00 dodge neon for years 17 years and never had an egr issue before now. So I was a bit confused. So he failed me on visual inspection. Went to good friend that's ase certified and after he hooked up his snapon scanner to the ecu he told me the monitors that read not ready don't apply to my car since they were not equipped on my year and model. So he failed me for parts my car doesn't have from factory. How could he not tell? I mean he was searching the engine bay for 10 minutes. He should be competent enough to determine if my car is equipped with those monitors or not. I ended up passing my smog somew
