Purchased a Catback exhaust, received a confirmation email, than got an email saying their was a mistake on their price and they need more money. Company likes to pull a bait and switch with their false advertising. They ended up canceling my order instead of honoring the price that I paid. Their justification didn't add up since the website changed once I bought it and the math wasn't mathing. Losers. Edit* Running a business on false advertising than harassing customers for calling out their dishonesty is petty and childish. You went “3 months” without recognizing your inventory and only hours to catch this review. lol your argument is collapsing on itself. What a professional business.

As others have said, the customer service is absolutely on point. It's great to have one-on-one, prompt communication when you're kitting up your ride. You want answers quick so you can make decisions. These guys get that. I'm a first-time customer with them, but I'll be a returning customer. Just for reference, I tried to review a product on their website with a photo, but the photo was rejected for size, so I'll repeat it here. The ECU Cover in wrinkle-red finish for the latest gen WRX fits the 6th gen Outback 2.4T, as well. They will be updating that product fitment on their website. Great product, great guys. Nice NY area parts place, mainly mail order but if you in the area they do have Subaru stuff. Some things at the location some they can get shipped to store quickly.
