As someone else has already said, I would have given a zero but that is a full disrespect to zeros. For context, I fell prey to SMZ's deception in 1995. He knew the transmission on the 1990 Acura Legend was gone. His remedy? Purchase the full warranty and he will have Cottman Transmission repair it at no cost to me (or him). I was a graduate student with a wife and toddler. I called regularly to ensure the car was being serviced at Cottman. And, regularly he told me it would be ready in "three more days." Three days later he gave me the "ordered part" and "they are backed up" excuses. The first 45 days came and went, and I dutifully made my monthly payment, and subsequent payments. Finally, I told SMZ that I've had enough and I was on my way to Cottman to find our for myself. ARE YOU READ

I wish I could give this company zero stars. SMZ, owned by Shawn Moshiri, is nothing but a scam. Do not trust him with your money to purchase a vehicle—he plays games with insurance companies, claiming cars are stolen, but in reality, customers never receive the cars they paid for. His lot is absolutely filthy, with vehicles sitting untouched for years and homeless people sleeping on them. This place is a complete disaster, and he makes no effort to maintain or clean it. Save yourself the stress and stay far away from this company
