The service i received at Sneed Ford parts department was great. They went above and beyond to make sure I received the right parts that i ordered for my vehicle. Pricing is very competitive, excellent packaging and fast delivery!
Bought some bolts from Sneed on Ebay for my Sport Trac to secure rear tail light housing. They process was easy and was received in only a couple days. I would give 5 stars but the price was a little steep but when you have no choice when looking for an old truck's parts you make do.
This place threatens you with gold digging by refusing to treat you a pond returning a part you do not need anymore. Like a travel agency, you have to fight to get a respectful refund for unneeded parts.
They did a great job of getting my part sent off, packaged well, just as advertised.
So far my experience has been very pleasant I would not hesitate to recommend them and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
