I received excellent & prompt service. My vehicle needed a transmission which was ordered & replaced within 2 weeks. How great is that?! I have a friend in Phoenix who just had a transmission replaced & that took her repair shop 3 months! I would recommend Snethkamp to anyone needing service.

The gentlemen were so nice and knowledgeable ! They informed us of everything they did and a sale they had going on which we accepted. They did a multi point inspection and let me know a few concerns. They didnt try any scare tactics. They were so awesome. I really enjoyed that experience.

Went to Snethkamp today for an oil change and was able to pull right in. The whole process was quick, easy, and hassle free. Jaymee came out and struck up a wonderful conversation with us, which made the wait even more pleasant. I believe Terry was the employee who completed the oil change and he was great. He took care of everything and even helped reset my oil indicator. Overall, a really smooth and positive experience. I will definitely be back.

I brought my vehicle to Snethkamp in Grayling after it wouldn’t start and had it towed from Grayling to Gaylord. The team diagnosed the problem and even went the extra mile by fixing a recall issue that Dodge Ram wouldn’t handle, claiming the parts were unavailable. Snethkamp found the correct part under a different number, ordered it, and got it in fast. I was originally told the repair wouldn’t be done until the middle of next week, but they had it ready by Thursday—lightning fast!
