Snider Transmission in Angleton is the BEST!! Clint, Nikki, and their team are amazing. We were referred to Snider Transmission from another shop and didn’t have an appointment with them that day. We called to see if we could get in for service and Nikki, said that they could work us in as she kindly explained that they had other customers in front of us and that there may be a bit of a wait. They didn’t push us in front of anyone who had been waiting and I really appreciated this because if it were my vehicle in the waiting I wouldn’t want someone pushed in front of me. I'm updating my review, after speaking with Charlie Snider. I took my truck back in due to it still not running correctly. Charlie reached out and was very apologetic about the situation and is going to make it right. I'm very pleased at this time. I will update again once I get my truck back.

I got recommended to come here by a friend and they did not disappoint. Clint was very helpful, informative and answered every question I had.

Took my F150 in for a diagnosis, truck was hesitating downshifting from 3rd to 1st gear, a minor transmission issue. Left it there for less than 1 hour, they contacted me saying the truck was completely incapacitated that it would not shift out of first gear after test driving it, I “politely” asked them to not touch it until I got there. Drove there immediately and picked the truck up. Truck shifted fine. Definitely not stuck in 1st gear. Thankfully I was aware enough of this being a complete hoax of a diagnostic to not trust it. Drove off in the truck and told them to have a nice day. Would never allow my loved ones to do business here.
