Sorry for the late review, Sam! I took my 2017 Ford Expedition to SNS a couple of months ago for a water pump replacement. I read the reviews on Google and felt pretty confident that they would perform quality work on my car for a reasonable price. A different shop down the road was quoting a few hundred more dollars for the same service, so I decided to take my car to SNS for the service. SNS is pretty much a one man show, with limited space and labor available. Sam does pretty much all of the work himself. Which is great because of his years of experience, but it can take a longer time to get your car back if there are other cars ahead of you. We are not from this area and after some experience with a chain (👎) we got a recommendation from a friend of ours who uses Sam. Sam has been our mechanic for the last several years. Sam has been honest, accommodating for our working family, knowledgeable and friendly. He has done the ‘let me try one more thing’ before going down the road of expensive replacement. GIVE HIM A TRY! He has been so helpful to our family of cars!

This is the second year that I have used SNS auto repair for an inspection and needed repairs and I am very happy with the service. Sam is great and I trust him and he has helped me take care of my car. Much better that any of the large dealerships that have used in the past where I bought my car who never helped but always charged me. Thank you Sam.
