Great Customer Service! Earlier this week I noticed the car wash on my way home and decided it would be worth a shot to try out their automatic wash stall. I paid at the kiosk and the door opened and as I moved into the stall, I was signaled to "back up". Well lets just say due to operator error I over compensated several times and I finally gave up thinking I had messed something up or the system wasn't functioning properly. I then called the phone number clearly available on a sign on the backside of the building to let them know what happened and what I should do. I left a message and within an hour I received a call back and she was very understanding and offered to meet me there at my convenience to give it a try while she was thereto help if necessary. The automatic bay washed my car well but the dryers don't have much power at all. My hood and roof didn't get any water removed. Before I went through the automatic bay I used a self service bay and everything worked fine the only thing which I can't even call a problem but is different from other ones I've used is you have to park in the middle of a very long bay and to switch from soap to rinse or whatever it's way at the end. One other thing I noticed but could also be the tanks just weren't flushed recently is in the automatic wash bay there was a strong almost septic smell. All in all it did clean my car good but for $22 I would expect it to at least be somewhat dried so I'm not spending a few hours getting rid of water spots the next day. I Absolutely appreciate the owner of this car wash made the self serve bay's big enough to wash my tractor trailer trucks in. There is not another one around that is as good as this one. Great water pressure witch is a must to clean up big trucks. The only thing I don't like is tgat the wash brush sits to low and dirt gets into the brush and scratches my truck but I just spray the brush before I use it

I love this wash. I feel it's a better car wash then the ones with the brushes that beat on your vehicle. It gets the tailgate of my truck clean, where most places don't even touch it. I will continue to get soak'd in the future.

By far the best car wash & vacuums Ive ever used! Great high pressure took all the bugs off my car, the hose was long enough to easily get around the vehicle, and the thing up top with the magnet so it easily goes back where it belongs. The vacuums were strong even sucked the dust off my dash!!! I know this facility is brand new, I hope the owners keep it maintained for years to come!!
