It was very easy to schedule the appointments on their website. The tech texted ahead of the time if he could come over earlier than the scheduled time. He was polite and professional. Did a good job for my husband's car and mine. I definitely will use their service again.

The owner, Lei, responded to my location to access the damages and provided an estimate for the repairs. A fully equipped truck responded to the scene, and the two technicians began to work on my vehicle. It was a tedious and meticulous process, and the results were excellent. The guys at Soap Opera are excellent. Leo was super responsive around getting a quote for the work, and the guys that came (Jay and a partner) were AMAZING. They mentioned a few things I should do in order to get my car in shape (I’m selling it) and were kind, fast, efficient, and meticulous. My car was sitting in a garage for a year due to Covid and needed serious cleaning. It came back looking and smelling new like when I first bought it off the lot.
