Soapy Joe's Car Wash - Convoy St, Kearny Mesa

I am very happy that kainoa helped me out a lot. I'm very happy to come back again and I live in spring valley. I'd like to see kainoa again because he helps people out a lot

The line was super long it took over 20 mins to get into the car wash. They gave me a free air freshener that I hang from my rear view mirror and that was about it nothing just normal car wash. Oh and the vacuums don't work too good it doesnt get all the dog hair out of the carpet, also the bird poop that was on my car didn't get completely taken off either. Price was fair I guess for a monthly membership it was $40.

I’m customer with Soapy Joe’s car wash for the past 5 years. the car wash service itself was actually very good. However, my experience was negatively impacted by the manager today at this location where I first time went to this location. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and very rude to me when addressing a simple question. Good service should include respectful customer interaction, especially from management. Unfortunately, that part was lacking

Easy to pull in, and helpful staff if you don't have the unlimited option which you have a barcode with and just pull up to the scanner and it reads it in a matter of a few seconds and then proceed. Vacumms and towels are very good and nice to have to clean and dry.

Just got my car washed here and I’m seriously impressed! The staff was super friendly and efficient, and they took great care with my car. It came out sparkling clean. They didn’t miss a single spot, and the attention to detail really shows. Prices are fair for the quality of service, and I was in and out quicker than I expected. Definitely coming back, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their car looking brand new!
