Soapy Joe's Car Wash

Don’t bother, this place does not refill their consumables. Shampooer and fragrance machines have been out for months but still taking people’s money.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Paid $15 for the “best wash”, and my car is just as dirty as when I pulled in. Really frustrating when I’ve been wanting to get my car washed for weeks and finally have the time, just to go here and this be the case. I’d been better off washing it myself at this rate. Y’all are a scam honestly.

I like that the wash has a touches option. It doesn't get my car as clean as had previously.

October 2024: My wife went here to wash her car, and it took her cash and did not activate the wash bay. This place is now officially the worst car wash in Hanover. Worn-out equipment and no maintenance. Review update April 2024: Prices went up a few dollars for each wash. I am not surprised by this. However, I really hope that money is going to be put back into the car wash since the equipment seems to be getting pretty worn out at this point. I always use the soft touch bay, and it misses spots on my full-size truck constantly, especially on the hood. The brushes look very worn and have left some smudge marks in my white paint as well (those marks do rub off with my finger, but still). The sprayer nozzles don't seem to be working very well anymore either since there is hardly any soap b
