Soapy Springs Car Wash

I gave one star because I can't give a zero. Don't ever use this place. This is the worst car wash I've ever seen. No attendant during the day, so the stalls are full of mud and dirt from trucks washing off mud but not washing the vehicle. Then feed the machine $10 and no soap is available on any setting. Call the number on the door and of course no one answers. Have contacted better Business bureau and the local Civic center since I am a traveling disabled veteran and this place has ripped me off both times that I have used it and has never made any attempt to compensate me for taking my money and not providing the service.

Busy, and that was fine, however to try 5 different new dollar bills and it spit every single one back out is absolutely ridiculous. I am NOT going to use a credit card at a car wash.

DO NOT use your credit/debit card for the vacuums! It says $2 and I was charged $10. I made sure that the machine turned off before I left, but I was overcharged. Also don’t even bother ever messaging them on FB with issues, they’ll never answer you.

The quality and value of this CARWASH does not justified their recent insane price increase. The CARWASH simply cannot justify a $10 basic auto wash and piss poor watery soap, hard water spots and even the air dryer is weak with insufficient time. SAVE YOUR MONEY, this place is not worth a $10 auto wash. DO NOT RECOMMEND, not worth your hard earned dollars. Zero stars.

I had to go to all 3 bays on the self service b/c they all took my money. Finally getting the one closest to the wash...it worked for a little bit but the buttons were rubbed off and I kept running out of time due to me fighting with the buttons. Ultimately ended up just using the washer....don’t waste your money just go to A-Key Car Wash in town where the service is awesome.
