Soft Touch Express Wash

Bad publicity. They have a huge announcement said FREE VACUUM but when you go there , they try to make you pay for wash your car . Catfish catfish catfish . Should be illegal .

They have renovated the car wash. I came here often years ago and it was just okay. On the way home from an appointment I figured I’d give them another try. The renovated car wash did not disappoint. It did a great job and you get a free vacuum with car wash… ( vacuums could use some upgrades. The vacuum hoses were worn and some taped. That is the only reason for my 4 rating).

This car wash is incredibly disappointing. The $15 wash was inadequate and left my car covered in “lava wax” or whatever they call the protective wax. It’s sprayed on and then “rinsed” only the rinse didn’t do much. The tires were missed completely as well as the undercarriage of the car. When I pulled in I actually saw an employee (which apparently is more rare than seeing a living, breathing unicorn) and I asked him if the vacuums were working (on a previous attempt here they were not). He told they’re working so I pressed with the $15 wash. When he said “working” he meant “powered on” because they had little to no suction. I inspected the PVC pipe running along the ground and find three sections separated from the main vacuum assemble. They have been this way for a while from the looks.

I used to really like this car wash I've been coming here for years now, but due to poor upkeep the place has gone downhill heavily. The nozzles that apply products have been in need of replacement for awhile now, and the rollers sometimes just don't work at all. I just had the left wash bay accept payment and then completely cease working, there goes $9. I moved over to the right bay and it took payment just fine and did function. If it weren't for this being one of the few automatic car washes that doesn't drag your vehicle through and shred your tires in town, I would have stopped coming here awhile ago.

This place is a joke. Bairly any soap was applied. Car was not clean after a 9.00 wash. Vacuum system is broken and does not work at all. No one around to complain to and no contact info on building. Dog was has never worked anytime I've ever came with my dogs. Go anywhere else but here!
