This is the outcome of their service. They torque the lugs with the air gun in a reckless manner that it damages the thread on the studs causing issues like this one. I spoke with José the owner and he told me that if it didn't break in their hands that he won't do anything about it, when they're the ones that damaged the stud in the first place. Great customer service. They sure lost a customer with their shitty as services.

they gouged my brand new rims with their air gun while putting the lug nuts in. They literally marked up every single Lugnut slot on all four of my rims. They also did a bad job of balancing my tires, they are vibrating on the highway and I need to have them redone. I sure am not smart for having gone to this place! My fault!

The owner/operator José really takes care of people and creates loyal customers. His staff if knowledgeable and fast. The waiting area has coffee and snacks available. I'm very happy with their service and they have THE Best hours of anywhere in town: 7am-10pm 7days/wk!

These guys are straight-up scammers. I recently had my brakes and rotors replaced at a trusted shop just one week ago. I came here only to buy a used tire and asked them to check my brakes and rotors out of curiosity. The owner told me that both my brakes and rotors were “bad” and claimed I needed them all replaced for $300. That was completely false — they were brand new. It was a clear attempt to scam me, and it failed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful.

Been here twice for separate tires. They are the only tire shop in the vicinity that seems to have tires for my car. Every other tire shop says they have to "order" my tire. Great service, very fair process, especially for a tire that nobody else seems to have.
