Edit: I spoke with Hamza this afternoon. He emailed both myself and the finance company the paperwork that they needed to finish out the claim for the Gap Insurance. Hamza was wonderful and very understanding of the situation. He was very helpful and made sure the paperwork that was needed was sent over really quickly. I will commend Hamza, the manager, however for going the extra mile to try to get it fixed and make it right considering I did buy the car AS IS. The company as a whole and Hamza especially are very nice and do whatever they can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I bought a 2014 Subaru forester from them. HANZA , SARAH & AHMENA NEVER KNOWS ANYTHING WHEN YOU ASK THEM ABOUT MAINTENANCE OR YOUR PROFILE AND THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT ALL DAY JUST FOR THEM TO TELL YOU COME BACK TOMORROW, THEOR MECHANIC IS NEVER THERE AND HE DOES NOT DO GOOD WORK I WAS STRANDED SOON AS HE GOT DONT WORKING ON MY VEHICLE THAT DIDNT HAVE AIR THE WHOLE TIME I HAD IT.

This was the best experience I have had buying a car. Hamza was extremely attentive and gave me information, links, as well as documented maintenance and inspection history. Haytham, car’s owner messaged me and worked with Hamza to answer all questions throughout the process. The car was in excellent condition, no accidents, clean title, updated infotainment screen with Bluetooth, new tires and battery, fresh oil, full tank, clean, and waxed. Paperwork, including license and registration was quickly processed and thoroughly explained, signed and duplicated. I would highly recommend Solid Motors LLC!
