We took my fiancés 2016 chevy sonic there to have some timing issues figured out. We were told it would be done in a day, but it ended up being delayed which was difficult for us but we understood. When we were told it was finally done we started the car up it immediately died and ran worse than it did before. They took it back in and re worked on it and said it was working. We drove it for a couple days and now the exact same codes are back on. If it wasn’t for the dealership kind of forcing us to go back I probably wouldn’t after this fiasco…

Towed My Traverse To His Shop Yesterday, Not Knowing If It Was My Starter Or If My Timing Jumped & Locked Up My Engine. Got A Message My Car Was Done Today. Thankfully It Was The Starter, & With My SUV You Have To Take Off The Motor Mount To Even Get Access To My Starter.. With A Starter Costing $290 New For My SUV & The Labor Tony And Hunter Put Into The SUV, The Final Cost Was $405. I WILL STICK WITH SOLIZ! Amazing Mechanics! let me start by saying he only is getting one star because there is no option without. took car for water pump issue , after it was replaced my car started making a bad humming noise. he then stated alternator needed replaced , so that was replaced. my car still was not fixed after that . i took to key auto mall for diagnosis and they said it was the water pump he had put on. took back to him to have water pump redone. when i got my car back it sounded worse . car is now back at key auto mall getting fixed properly.
