SOLOMON TOWING

Super high price for being less than ten miles away and pulling me out of a ditch. Could have pulled it out with my pickup but the fire department insisted I needed to call a tow truck.

Unprofessional, but will get the job done. I will disclose all that happened for a fair understanding of my review. If you’re looking for a good customer experience, this isn’t the place to go. But if you need a quick tow, he’s definitely fast and will show up or send someone to show up. I used this service twice in a 48 hour period. He gives a quote as soon as you tell him you need the tow, which is great and I can say as a consumer I appreciate how up front he is. However, for some reason from one day to the next with the same distance there was a $20 difference. The first day he sent a colleague of his to tow my car. He only took cash and I wasn’t aware of that until after the tow. There was damage to my car that day but nothing major so I didn’t make a big deal and it’s also not my pri

He showed up in 15 minutes. Got my car loaded up and drove us to the house. Price was very affordable also. I highly recommend this tow service. GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Scheduled service on a Friday with explicit details, directions, and an address to move one vehicle on the following Tuesday. Had to call to remind him. He had to call me twice to find a Mall 10 mins from him. Left before performing the service and wouldn't answer my call to find out what happened. Two enthusiastic thumbs down.

Great guy and so helpful. I had an accident a few weeks back and my White Honda Civic was slightly in the inner section and I was worried it was going to cause an accident. Solomon was on the scene in 10 minutes. He was so helpful and made me feel calm as I was very stressed and still in a little shock at the time. He even stored my car for a week or longer if I wanted as long as it took to get the insurance adjuster out to me. Thank you so much Solomon! You really helped me so much that day.
