I had need of roadside assistance through my insurance company. The first company my insurance agency scheduled ended up being unreliable, to no fault of their own (beware Geely towing out of Fargo), then they contacted this company, and they called me right away to let me know the status of their tow truck, where they were at, and how long it would be before they go there. Then they called me when they got to town to make sure they were going to the right spot. Highly, highly professional and great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s in need of a tow!

Only reason for the 1 star instead of 5 star is because of the clay county sheriffs department. You can thank them for your 1 star rating. Phil seems to be a very nice and polite man. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a tow. His rates are reasonable and he does a great job.
