I would like to personally thank Sonesta mechanical for all of their hard work and helping me in a very unfortunate situation. Although, I do not know all of the employees by name, I must say that the lady at the front desk is beyond more than phenomenal! It all started a couple of months ago when my driveshaft had failed and the part was out of stock everywhere including the dealership and I called Sonesta and no one could get the part but them. They completed the work the same day and I was able to get my vehicle back. Jorge and the team are extremely friendly and talented. I could not be more impressed with the work they have done. My car was hit while parked the day before I was going to sell it and I was extremely upset. I drove around for an entire day getting quotes and visited a total of 11 body shops including Sonesta. Jorge gave me an amazing price and they did not disappoint. Not only were they quick but they did amazing body work and earned a customer for life. If you’re having doubts, you shouldn’t. Needed my A/C repaired. After first repair, they fixed the a/c on the driver side but the passenger side was still blowing hot. Also, they broke an air vent and wouldn't take responsibility. Second a/c repair, they fix the a/c but now the vent clicks. These guys break more than they repair. Many hours wasted waiting. Don't waste yours here.
