Sonic Auto Glass

I would like to take a moment to recognize, thank, and highly recommend Sonic Auto Glass. Chris and his team were absolutely fantastic with their work, professionalism, promptness, communication, and results. Over the weekend an existing chip I had in my glass from an out of state incident 2 years ago, devolved into a long crack after going over some railroad tracks. Not knowing anyone I could call, I looked up a few places online and Sonic was one of them. Chris picked up on Saturday, even after the were closed for the day, was gracious and understanding as he explained the process, which glass I could choose from, gave me a quote, and was very patient with my questions. I just got the windshield replaced on my Nissan Sentra and it went really good! It only took a little over an hour and was more affordable(under$300) compared to many of the bigger name competitors. BIG Thanks to Chris and the other gentleman who did the work on it. I appreciate you!

Passenger window turned out well but they did not put the plastic caps back in the door hinge (to keep debris/water out) and they told us they would vacuum the broken glass out and we got the car back full of glass still. Makes me wonder whether they cleaned the broken glass out of the door itself? Details matter and it seems like they rushed the job.

Affordable, fast and friendly. Chris and Hugh are great. Called about getting a windshield replaced for Mazda CX-5, they had it done the same day. No nonsense! Highly recommend.

Fast, courteous and affordable. My child's car was broken into and the passenger window was shattered. I thought it might take a few days to get fixed due to it happening just before Christmas. Thankfully I was wrong and Sonic was able to get the car back together again in record time. I would definitely use this business again and will recommend them to friends and family.
