Sonic Car Wash and Lube

The services i received were great and they made quick work of the line of the carwash and the oil change was reasonable the manager jonathan and the young man at the register were very helpful and explained my bill and services i was paying for i asked for a oil change promotion and i paid exactly what i was told when i asked the mechanics for an estimate the car wash i got a sonic 3 with the discount from the oil change coupon and overall it was a great experience. will be coming here for my oil changes from now on

AVOID! These guys false advertise. They are disingenuous with their sales tactic. Bottom line is their synthetic oil change is NOT $59.99. I got in there after I waited outside for over 40 mns. I got in there and I told them that I am here for the synthetic oil change. Once the car was done, the kid at the desk quoted me for $110. I told him, “hey that’s nearly double than what you’re advertising” and then they turned around and blamed me! That I should have doubled check the price, and that I should have asked for the special specifically. After I argued that it’s false advertisement, the mechanic came out with 2 different oils and told me that they used the higher grade one. I have NO proof that they did. And why would you use an oil that’s not included in the service that I came there f

Been coming here for about two years, started off good, a little pricey but the car looked great. Now the prices are still high and the quality of the wash is awful, today was my last straw.

Worse car wash I paid full service didn’t finish cleaning g my car good at all and the guy asked for more money

Paid for “deluxe wash”. Pictures show how horrible it was. They don’t even clean the interior. A $40 was doesn’t include interior cleaning? You guys can do better than that.
