Sonny's Auto Repair

This was my first time going to Sonny's, and I was not disappointed. I was impressed by the way they kept me informed on what was going on with my car by sending me videos that showed exactly what they found before starting the work. I feel like they were honest and didn't try to suggest service that I didn't need. They also gave me a loaner car so I didn't have to worry about getting around when my car was in the shop. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, so I would recommend them, and I will go back.

I was searching for someone to work on my grandsons truck and Sonnys had great reviews and I really liked talking with him. They did a survey and an estimate, very professional and courteous. I am really pleased with the repairs and service. It's really hard sometimes to find people that you can trust i definitely will recommend Sonnys Auto to my friends and family. I’m so grateful that Google led me to this shop, even though it’s far from home. This is hands down the kindest, most honest, and most helpful mechanic team I’ve ever encountered. They truly operate with integrity and make you feel valued. not like they’re just trying to squeeze more money out of you. I will absolutely go out of my way to return for future service. I delayed my review to make sure my issue was truly fixed, and so far I can say it is. I was having problems with my F-250 where the alarm would randomly go off at all hours of the day and night. I brought it to Sonny’s, and they had my truck for about a day and a half. The issue didn’t happen while it was with them, so they called me to pick it up. A couple days later, it happened again, and I took it straight back to them. Ultimately, they located the problem and made the repair. When it comes to an auto repair shop, I have three non-negotiables: communication, quality work, and reasonable pricing. I cannot recommend this business enough. They are efficient, honest, transparent with customers, friendly, and very helpful. From providing a loaner vehicle to calling throughout the process to let us know what was going on to helping with financing repairs, and leaving stuffed animals for my kids…these are just a few of the reasons I will never bring another vehicle anywhere but Sonny’s. I have never had such a wonderful experience with an auto shop, and will never settle for less now. Sonny’s has truly set the standard.
