He’s incredibly responsive—texts and calls get answered quickly, often within minutes, even on weekends. He’s very straightforward: no upsells, no vague answers, just clear explanations of what needs to be done, why, and how much it will cost. The pricing is always fair and competitive—I never felt overcharged, and the quotes were spot-on with no surprise add-ons. The work quality is top-notch. Friendly staff. Quality work. They even cleaned the inside of my car afterwards. My tail light was smashed by a homeless woman in Oakland. There was some body damage surrounding the tail light. They got the dent out, replaced the tail light, painted it, and calibrated the tail light sensors to make it look like nothing ever happened. Great work.

John, Matt and Sandra are very personable. And that’s important to me. Gave me a ride home and picked me to get my truck back. 🙌🏻👍🏻 I’d say they’ve gone above and beyond my expectation. John made sure all the extra little paint touch ups got done too. And an added bonus for painting my top bumper. My 18y/o truck looks brand new! 😃 I’m a very satisfied customer!!! I had some significant damage on my hood and both front fenders and Sonoma fixed it perfectly the car is completely indistinguishable from brand new I am super impressed!
