I had one of my best experiences from Honda at this location. I was the last car to be serviced for the night. When I needed additional assistance after they closed, every technician available came over to help. Thank you Braden, Carlos and your crew. I appreciate you guys. Honda survey is a solid 10/10 from me.

My order went through without a hitch. I received an order confirmation as promised. My order was processed and shipped as per the company's promise. The prices were the best I could find on line at this point in time for genuine original parts. I took advantage of the sale prices found on the website. This my second purchase for genuine parts from this supplier . My experience was great .Wil return to purchase again once prices are comparable to other suppliers.

I actually have a really good review for Sons Honda, but until they release my $931 that has been in limbo for almost a full week and has completely messed over my finances, the one star remains. This portion is completely unacceptable and when I addressed the issue with them the same day, they mentioned they “couldn’t claim the money” and couldn’t ship my part, forcing me to pay via my bank. Would not accept the screenshot of my pending money, CC company says the transaction was approved and I’m just stuck in financial hell. Was told a supervisor would do absolutely nothing for this. I hope this review changes their mind.

This is my 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Sons Honda. Carlton was my salesperson again. I love the customer service that I received from him and others. Michael the managers was also helpful. Carlton always goes out and beyond to please me as his customer. I definitely will send others to Carlton. Thank you Carlton. I truly appreciate you and your professionalism
