From the moment I stepped into the shop, the customer service and friendliness were outstanding. The team was professional, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to providing top-tier service. The level of care and attention I received was superb. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for reliable, honest, and quality auto services.

Otis & Jameel at Sons of Otis Auto really treat you like friends and make sure they get the job done right the FIRST TIME. Without a scheduled appointment I called the day before to express my concerns and I was given availability the following day. My partner had work done their previously and I wanted to give them a try. Not only did the team members took care of my lingering issues but and they also made recommendations to help me address my concerns, told me the names of the parts so I could purchase them myself and only charged me for the labor. Ultimately the prices are reasonable and dropping your car off is a great option. I dropped my car off at 8 am when they opened and picked it back up around 3pm the same day. CUSTOMERS BEWARE, this shop has scammers looking to take advantage of you. I was charged $197 for a diagnostic that never got done. The problem with the car was that it needed a mobilizer. I asked the shop owner to give me a document on the diagnostic and he got rude and said he was gonna charge me storage fees for a work he was actively doing. He never gave me a call until 3 weeks notifying me about the car needing to be moved and still threatened to charge those fees. Worst part is I was told by the tow man that the shop never had the proper equipment to do a full diagnostic anyways. He just wasted my time and sharked out for my money. Never coming back again honestly.

This place is truly amazing, also family owned. They are fair with prices regardless if male or FEMALE customer. They found issues with my truck that the dealership missed and fixed it for me with a more reasonable price. Friendly atmosphere and they actually explain and answer questions about repairs made. I have now started recommending them to family and friends...definitely worth the money and trust of your vehicle.

Otis and Son's are the best around. I had a major tune-tune, pilot bushing replace and they replaced the oil level sensor on my Mercedes Benz. Otis and Sons were very knowledgeable of what needed to be done on my car. The mechanic Jamell provided the service and was very professional. When I asked him questions about the vehicle he answer them without hesitation. I asked him to check my brakes due to a faulty reading on the dash board. He could have said, yes you need some brakes but instead he was honest and told me nothing was wrong with my brakes. Otis & Son's are now my go to mechanics for all of my family car repairs.
