Sonshine Car Wash

Came here two weeks ago, I wanted the 15.00 dollar wash and inserted a $20 bill. The machine says it has no change and to see attendant. I saw the attendant and he said come back between 2-4pm for a refund from the owner. Came back a 3pm and no response me around. I emailed twice for my 5 bucks and haven’t heard back. On top of that the wash was somewhat working and sprayed half my car. There’s a reason this place doesn’t have a phone number and instead have to scan a QR code. Take exact change and good luck. Kind of sucks as I used this place a few times.

Paid $11.00 for the carwash. Soap was not dispensed during the wash. Being that I paid for the wash combined with my gas fill up, I figured I would ask the gas attendant for assistance with a refund. I was informed that the gas station is not affiliated with Clean Getaway, and that I would need to reach out to them directly. Not affiliated? The carwash choices appear in the gas pump display, once you are finished pumping gas! I have reached out twice in 2 weeks via email (the only way offered to contact them) and have gotten zero response. There is no phone number! Why would that be???That is no way to address a customer that gave you their money, and got zero in return. I will simply start using the new carwash that is merely a block away. Great pricing, clean bays, excellent soap ration with the spray and the brush plus vacuums, mat holder and automatic options. Not a single complaint here.

Touchless auto is fantastic. They have self wash bays too. Clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Great pressure, great price... and that was definitely the most amount of soap I have ever seen come out of a wand at any car wash across the nation. I almost want to drop it a star for that because it takes a little longer to run out of the line upon transitioning to 'rinse', but it was still quite worth the extra buck.... So I can't.
