Been using these guys for over 25 years! Trust is hard to find in the auto repair industry because many will tell you things need repaired that don’t knowing the customer isn’t aware. Sorensens has been fair and honest and truly better priced than any other repair shop I’ve seen or used. The people are kind their work is professional and correct, and on a side note, they always have warm cookies while you wait. I recommend 10/10. I appreciate all your hard work!

Came in to get rear struts replaced because another car shop was unable to (it was a huge pain at this other place). Sorensen's got it done in a timely manner. They even reduced the final price from the quoted price because the labor hours were less than expected. I've NEVER experienced that before--huge huge kudos. And the quoted price was already pretty good! The free air-freshener was a cherry on top. Great place, will be coming back if need be.

Instead of selling us a costly part, they suggested the issue might be a dirty component they could try cleaning. That simple fix solved our problem, and they didn't charge us anything! That level of honesty and integrity instantly won us over and saved us hundreds. We bring all of our vehicles to Sorensen's now. (P.S. They bake fresh chocolate chip cookies all day long!)
