I took my vehicle here for a front brake job, along with having one of my rotors replaced. Within a few days of the service, my brakes were making a squeaking noise. Took my vehicle back a few weeks later and they replaced the pads they installed and charged me almost a hundred dollars for the work. Fast forward a few weeks and I was having the same issue, along with some clicking. Sat there for almost 3 hours, only for them to tell me that the only clicking they heard was from "a water bottle in the door." I would think they would've removed the bottle and then listened for the noise that I brought to their attention, but evidently that didn't happen and I was told to come back (for now the fourth time) so they could look into things further. One word: "Excellence." They fixed my car in one visit, in an emergency, when I was 250 miles from home. The premises reflects the high quality of their work: it's neat, clean, organized, efficient, and highly professional. Excellent work at a fair price, and a job done right. Several repair bays, all orderly and spotless. A neat, clean, comfortable waiting area with leather seats, tv, reading materials, and a spotless restroom. Friendly, professional staff; highly trained mechanics; wish I lived closer to have them for regular vehicle maintenance.

I've had SOS do work for me before on my Chevy pickup. I was in town and decided to stop by and schedule an appointment to fix a couple of nagging issues. I rode my motorcycle by this morning, got off the bike and noticed above the SOS sign there's a political advertisement endorsing the candidate the owner prefers. I don't understand. Why would a business post something like this? Because obviously the owner doesn't care for your business if you object to their choice of candidate. Supporting their candidate is more important than PO a customer, I guess. I'll go elsewhere along with four of my friends who use SOS for repair work.

I brought my RAV4 in for what I thought would be a small belt issue or loose panel of some sort. The team kept it a few days trying to get it to replicate the noise I had heard and run further diagnostics. Upon further review and replication of the issue, they took great care in ensuring all items were addressed and replaced. They even worked with the warranty company providing them all the details so my involvement was minimum and kept me in office. I’ve written several reviews from various services but this one is up there for me personally. We bring all of our vehicles to them and they know us by first name basis. I will never take any of cars anywhere else unless it is something that is required by an agreement or such. Steve and family has our business for life.
