LSS...Sales mistakenly promised a free break in service(500$ value) when I purchased new last year. Come to find out months later, that manufacturers perk didnt apply to my cycle. They still honored it at loss to themselves on word alone. This place is a unicorn. That now rare honorable bike shop, full of stand up no BS good people. Doing the right thing no matter what. From sales to service everyone I encountered has been just the best. They have earned my business forever. I simply won't go anywhere else. You shouldn't either.

SoSo had/has a great selection of new and used models I was comparing. There was no pressure, great detailed information was provided and motorcycles were made available to check out. Devin in sales helped me from hello to riding off on my new (to me) motorcycle. I was introduced to “everyone” from the various departments and they all made me feel very welcome and would check periodically to see if there was anything I may need help with. Very professional and personable staff that are an integral part of a shop’s atmosphere where you enjoy doing business.

SoSo Cycles-Tacoma continues to provide exemplary customer service. They recently worked on my 2023 Ducati DesertX with extensive diagnostics required to isolate and resolve a starting issue I was having. The SoSo technician(s) demonstrate impressive knowledge of the Ducati brand and are meticulous in their work. The service manager and advisor kept me up to date throughout the process and set reasonable expectations regarding the timeline and cost. I have been a customer of SoSo for over 15-years and they have earned my long-term business. Highly recommend!

Just bought a new 2025 bmw s1k with soso and the experience was excellent I called for more details about the bikes and Jon was really easy to work with he was able to make some good numbers on different models till I choose the right one for me…. Communication was really good and got my bike ready for summer. Really recommend them financing options are really good with them will look forward to get another bike soon
