I wish I could give zero stars. Waited 2 weeks to get in for a transmission issue and an inspection. Appointment was for Wednesday. No call. Had to call Thursday and they tell me there is an issue with my transmission which is why I booked in the first place. Did not have a quote ready for me on parts and labor for the fix. Told me they were busy and couldn’t get to it a day after I had the appointment. Told them I would be taking the vehicle elsewhere and was told it was “no skin off our teeth if you don’t get the work done here”. Worst customer service. Do not go here for anything.

If you need your car fixed or having car troubles DO NOT go to Souders Garage & Service Center in McConnellsburg PA. They do not fix cars but they just say they fix it and take your money. My fiance noah went there TWICE for his car, because over a month ago he took it there becuse it wouldn’t start, they said they fixed it and charged $98. it ran for LESS THAN 24 HOURS before not starting again. THEN he brought it back they took almost 5 weeks before working on it and then said it was fixed and they “found the problem” charged ANOTHER $98, just for it to stop working AGAIN less than a week after getting it back from their garage. They do not know what the hell they are doing, only knows how to scam you out of money…

they went out of they're way to look at a problem on my truck because I was traveling through the area. such a great shop! thanks for your time and assistance

Had some issues with my truck other shops couldn't figure out. This shop had it figured out and fixed in no time at all. My truck hasn't driven this well since i got it years ago. Highly recommend. Great people great prices great service. Thank you

Sold a car to my gf, knowing it was rusted out. Trash humans. I know. Are you station# D2 91? Because I just took that car in for a wheel bearing at another garage. Turns out the frame that holds the motor has been rusted. And you can see where someone tried to hide it, not fix it. There's no way it would've passed. I can share pictures if you'd like.
