Unsafe Inspection and Dishonest Service I took my vehicle to Soakup Automotive on July 30, 2025, for a state inspection and emissions test. I was initially told they were booked until August 6th, but received a call the very next day, July 31st, saying the vehicle was ready for pickup. Within a week of receiving my car back, the radiator failed and developed a significant leak, requiring immediate replacement. Upon performing this repair, I discovered that the right sway bar end link was loose. According to Pennsylvania inspection code (§ 175.80(a)(3)(v)), this condition is grounds for rejection. They did my inspection, i have a 2012 nissan versa and it only has 23,000 when i got it and had it for maybe a year. It now has 50,000 miles on it when I took it to get inspected it failed for tires so they asked my husband if he wanted them to do it. He said, no. He won't get them somewhere else cheaper. So we got the tires, put them on. And I took it back there so they can look at the tires and all they did was come out. And put the sticker on.They didn't even look at the tires. So now my car has a tap. So my husband check the oil, which we've never had a leak or anything else. Don't take a valuable possession like a car to this place for anything. They do very poor work, they don't guarantee any of their work, they have now installed wrong clutches that they ordered in my grandsons car, have unqualified mechanics doing the work, which they don't check or double check as they should. Wasted thousands of $$$$ at this place and they don't know how to repair or fix anything. Not a good business! Poor people skills!! Yeah, but what about the 2nd one YOU ordered, what bs do You have to say about that one, u doesn't guarantee that one did U???

They have been great to me, and my few suv's I have, so far I've gotten tires installed and alignments done....the alignments are true and straight. its nice dealing with experience people that you can trust with your vehicle. prices seems very fair and fast turn around, i plan to continue many more years of business with them
