These guys really helped me out in a very bad situation. A day before I was scheduled to hit the road for a 4000+ mile trip my coolant reservoir cracked a leak. After going to two different auto mechanics I stopped in and they tackled it right away and had it fixed within a hour.

I have taken all 4 of our vehicles to this shop over the last few years and they are great. The latest was my the check engine light came on. I dropped it off at 8am and by 9am I had already received the call letting me know what the issue was. The guys are honest and don't mansplain things! Thank you Sound Auto & Truck you guys are AWESOME!

I brought my Jeep to this shop for an engine rebuild. It was all around an great experience, and exceeded all expectations. Not only was the work done quickly, but reasonably priced and done by friendly and honest mechanics! It has been about 1 year since the rebuild was done, and I am grateful I opted to do the repairs here because it has been driving great ever since. I have since returned for smaller maintenance jobs and had similarly positive experiences. Notably, the quick turnaround which is hard to come by around here! Highly recommend this mechanic shop for any sort of auto work needed. Local gem!

STAY AWAY!! New management is awful. They lie (not good at it) and fully cheat you and at the same time misdiagnose. It has gone downhill since Jerry left and Forest took over. We also referred them to a company with a fleet of trucks and they too have left since new management. I will try to make this short… I took my vehicle in after being rear ended. Shocks, frame bracket and other things needed fixed. After that was done I had my AC serviced to work great again. Then my heater was blowing cold on the driver side so we took it back to them and we told them that my husband thought it was the blend doors and then he thought he did things right but still didn't work. Jay, the technician looked it over and said it was indeed the blend door and he will fix it and they called and said

Grate shop to have any work done everyone is friendly to talk to Very open and detail with repairs that needed to be done. The communication is definitely there an They will not upsell you on anything your vehicle does not need I’ve brought my 2005 F150 in a few times now and I’m very pleased with the experience And the work that has been done thank you guys I’ll definitely be coming back
