We brought our RV in for service on 09/20/2024 because the check engine light was on and it was not passing a smog test. We did not have any other issues with the engine - it ran well and did not have any engine power issues. When we dropped the RV off, we instructed the service technician to turn off the cutoff switches for both batteries so they would not drain completely. The service advisor Chuck finally was able to look at the RV and ran a compression test. He advised me on 11/7/24 that the compression levels were low on several cylinders and told me I needed a new engine for $24K. I told him I did not want to replace the engine and would come pick it up when it was put back together. He did not offer me a cylinder leak-down test, which would have let me know where the cylinders were

Dwayne, Gabe and the team do a great job, well worth a little extra. I’ve been coming here for 5 years for oil changes and maintenance for my 2003 ford e350 diesel surf bus, which has traveled to 47 states in that time. I appreciate their reliability, speediness and honesty as I live in my vehicle and use it for my businesses - so I rely on their trustworthiness both for routine maintenance, diagnosis, and part replacements.

We had issues with our 2013 Ford F250 truck and servicing was a problem. After having worked with several dealerships with no positive results, Dwayne Granguillhome, Fleet Service Mgr. came to our rescue. He stayed in touch again and again assisting us with a resolution. Thank you Dwayne for your persistence! We really appreciated your help.

We dropped off our service truck at this location on our last trip to California to have some repairs taken care of and a service. The repairs were made professionally, cleanly, and in a timely fashion. We had to wait for them to retrieve our truck from a separate lot but we were given vouchers to be used at the food stand just outside of their service area which was very appreciated. I would not hesitate bringing our truck in there again in the future.

I have been servicing our community van at South Bay Ford Fleet and Truck Center for five years now and I highly recommend this location for service! Chuck is very helpful and extremely informative; he is great with communication and has our community van done in no time! Thank you for everything you have done for us!
