Thanks to my husband quick search we got in contact with Markos Matta. Markos is friendly, very professional and I felt comfortable working with him. The whole experience was easygoing and a day later I drove off on my new 2020 Lincoln Corsair. Yaaay!!

Horrible customer service. I emailed this dealership twice and didn't receive a response. I finally called and when a manager answered, he pawned me off to one his sales associates. This associate texted me once but did not respond after texting him back. Sorry South Bay. Ford/Lincoln/Mercury but you just lost a Navigator sale.

Called in the morning to check if they had the type of vehicle I was looking for. They told me they had 3 on the lot. When I showed up a couple of hours later, they didn't have any of them. Don't let them waste your time.
