This shop was recommended by my son-in-law and his brother who had several small projects completed here and was very pleased. I stopped in and showed him the lift-gate of my 2012 Toyota forerunner. I had been to two local shops in Waterville who recommended removing the tailgate and replacing it with an aftermarket one: cost roughly $1200 after paint. And in both of their opinions the latch could not be salvaged and the lift-gate needed to be replaced . When I stopped in South China, I was told that there was no need to replace the entire liftgate because only the latch was starting to rust and that it could be repaired.
