This is a friendly and efficient operation. They have been in business for over a decade and it shows. The mechanic is knowledgeable and will advise against unwanted repairs. I received an estimate from NTB on south loop west in Houston advising that I needed new rotors. I knew that couldn't be true. I searched and found South Houston Automotive Repair and was blessed by the service and affordable repair cost. By the way, I didn't need to replace the rotors; they had little wear. I trust and refer my relatives and best friends with these repair services.

Great customer service, my car took a little longet than expected but it was understandable under the circumstances. The owner has a great sense of humor, the kind of person you could sit with and share a cup of coffee with, just to chat. Unfortunately, they may be closing their doors soon after 30+ years of service :(
