Don’t ever take your car her they will not restore it to knew because it’s not there car they claim they can do any work unless there being paid my car was hit by a person insured by State Farm and the are a select shop for them so please do not take you car to them or south central Nissan they are owned by the same people a run under the same manager they fixed my car with aftermarket parts and claim that they discussed that with me before they did the work they are claiming my car had previous work done and they are not able to do there job because another shop had worked on it before sounds like a lot of excuses to be lazy when they could be getting paid but I’m sure they will get a huge bonus from State Farm this year they are not your friends they will give you the run around and make

Just want to take the time and thank Mr. Mitchell and his team on the job they did with my vehicle. Mr. Mitchell was on point with everything coming with my vehicle. He always gave me a honest update during this process. It was long and rough but he gave me sense of security until they completed it. Thank you South Houston Collision once again.

I took my car to have it repaired with a new bumper cover and everybody was very helpful and professional. They were able to work with me and get the repair done in a timely manner. This is my second time coming here, and I was satisfied with the work.

My dash cam starts recording as soon as the vehicle is turned on. They had my vehicle from the 15th- 25th ALL DASH CAM VIDEOS FROM THAT TIME WERE DELETED. Why? Was my car taken on joyrides? smh MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A PIC OF YOUR MILEAGE BEFORE LEAVING YOUR CAR. 10 days for minor damage charging 1k for it is insane. They literally just painted over it I can still see the deep scratches were they literally just pray painted over. Will not ever go back or recommend this collision place to anyone !

I dropped my vehicle to get a collision repair I 10/10 recommend. I was getting updates on the process of my vehicle. And I am very satisfied with the results I got.
