Wish I could give zero stars. The lady behind the counter might just be the rudest person I’ve met EVER. They aren’t helpful at all, and honestly it all feels like a scam to get more money. Only good I can say is that the people I met in the yard doing the actual towing were very nice and wanted to be helpful, even if the woman in the front didn’t want to be. They charge way too much. Honestly, the Atlanta PD needs to stop working with them. Overall horrible experience. The woman working in the front needs to be fired.

They towed the car and I had to go to the police for not speaking English. They denigrated me and charged me a lot of money. I spent 3 days going so they wouldn't charge me so much and they did it in the same way and I will go through a complete legal process in consumer protection in Georgia with my lawyers so that this does not happen again to anyone due to damages.

Where's the option for 0 stars?? Actually, I would give one star for the lady at the window. Other than that, this place is a SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COST (pun intended)!! The city used them to tow my car after an accident that happened "maybe" 2 miles from the tow yard ($228). When I called to find out the cost of storage I was told $33/day. Then the guy said "Oh no, it's electric. That's $100/day. We have to store it somewhere else because it may catch on fire. Like Tesla's catch on fire". I would LOVE to see this state-of-the-art fire resistant facility they have allocated specifically for the storage of electric vehicles because it looked like they pulled it out of the same raggedy tow yard to me! We have our own tow truck for personal use so they wouldn't let us go in the gate without a DO

This business needs to be shut down. Prior to my vehicle getting towed here there were no problems or notifications on the dashboard saying there were any issues. Once I came to get my vehicle back there were several lights on my dashboard indicating issues. Someone from this business also stole money and two bottles of cologne out of my vehicle. Why are you all looking around for something to take?! Everyone that works here is rude and needs to be trained in customer service. This place has zero good reviews for a reason, keep your cars away from this low budget establishment.

Clearly, the 2.3 speaks for itself but this is the worst company I’ve ever encountered. Between the lady behind the counter and the man named Lester, I don’t who is the rudest. If you can avoid this place, do it by ALL MEANS! They don’t care about customer service just the customer’s money. Such a shame.
