Do not buy from here !!!!! I’m all screwed up with penndot my car can’t be registered! They sent in a check that they had me fill out for them to penn dot as if I was paying for my own registration! They are slick run far away ! The check was denied because I already paid these people their money ! So why am I paying penndot as well ! The tag on my car that these people had on the vehicle is fake ! Doesn’t come back to anyone ! Now I have court because of these imbeciles ! I never could speak to a boss it was always an excuse

Purchased a 2008 Honda Civic with “75k” miles for $10k at the peak of used car gouging. I should have known better when they asked me to lie to the loan company. They told me I needed to tell them that I traded in my 2010 Civic in addition to the cash down payment I made. I did so out of desperation, which is my own fault. Within 60 days a buying this lemon I was told the rack and pinion was shot, practically shredded two new sets of tires because the suspension was shot, had to replace the timing belt, struts, a/c compressor, battery, and a few other things I can’t recall, and now the transmission. It’s clear they put lipstick on a pig. I’ve put more money into this car in one year than I put into my old civic that I drove for 12 years with 250k miles. Disgraceful.

The first thing I noticed when I walked onto the lot, every single car was clean. They were all nice cars in excellent condition. And what I thought was a problem with my credit, wasn’t because Steve got it done, While giving me the most for my trade, which made it so much easier to part with. I recently purchased a car from here. They were a nightmare from the start. When we first went in, they sped us through the whole process. I originally included support payments as one of my sources of income but then decided against it as the payments were under $100 and were so old, I no longer had the paperwork. They decided to include the source of income anyways even though I told them not to. I got the loan approved, took the car home and was told to turn in paperwork for the support. I told them I didn't have it as I did before and they told me I had to return my car. If I didn't return they would charge me to tow it. Also, I was informed I that the money I put down $1500 would not fully be refunded to me since I had it for a week...they would deduct money for everyday that

Worst experience of my life solve me a really nice car then they said the bank didn't go through and they got to put me in a different car and if I don't take the other car they're going to charge me for renting the one that gave me for 2 weeks so I went from a 2019 Chevy equinox to a 2012 Kia optima was told I had a full bumper to bumper warranty and was charged for the warranty and when the car broke down 2 months later they decided not to honor the warranty so I wasn't paying for a car I couldn't drive so now I got a repo and no dealer will touch me they are crooks stay away from this dealership for avoid this dealership at all cost they completely wrecked my credit in any chance I have of getting another vehicle stay away from that
