I have been bringing my 2015 Tahoe in for oil changes and regular maintenance for 4 years. One thing I recently noticed is that the turn over rate is so high, I have never seen the same service person twice. On my last visit, I scheduled and verbally requested an oil change and tire rotation. Chris was my point of contact. He called me to explain that both services had been completed and my truck was ready to be picked up. I arrived to pick up and pay, and again Chris stated that the tires had been rotated. As soon as I walked to my truck I looked at the tires first and immediately knew they had not been rotated. I went back in to speak with Chris. I felt like communication was non existent. Dropped my vehicle off at 7a.m. on a Tuesday and it was never assigned a technician until late Thursday afternoon. I made several attempts to contact my service advisor with no response. I then felt like they began adding things to my estimate that weren’t even an issue or needed attention. I am not sure that I would take my vehicle back to them in the future.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall. They looked at it and said they didn’t have the part and would call once it came in. A month later I called and they said it was there and scheduled another appointment. When I got to the service department there wasn’t even an appointment scheduled. The only good thing was a woman who took my information and got me taken care of. It’s been 2 weeks and my car is still flashing service driver side airbag. Very disappointing!

Looked at a vehicle one evening. Spoke with the GM and said me and my wife would be back the next day after work to look at vehicle after it was detailed. Was told the salesman would contact me the next day. We show up at the time we agreed upon and they sold the truck an hour before. Never heard from the dealership, I told salesman that wasn't right and they knew I was coming. He said his GM would come talk to me and make it right on another vehicle. We waited 15 min. and the GM or salesman never spoke to us. I would leave a 0 star rating if that was an option. To top it off we were returning customers. I will never be back. Poor communication and professionalism to say the least.

I continue to always have a positive experience here! When I arrive for my oil changes I don't get harassed about getting an estimate on my vehicle or I don't get harassed about getting a new one. I just get asked about services only to do with what I am there for! If they find something I get notified on my phone if I want to approve or decline it. If it is serious they will come talk to you about it. Everyone is super friendly! I definitely do not plan on going anywhere else.
