South Richmond Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

The experience was awesome Eric and his partner at the time both helped us select what we could afford without any pressure, they treated my family as if we have known each other for years. But most importantly they help our youngest son find what he was looking for in a vehicle that he would love, as well as teaching him the value of owning his first vehicle. I can’t thank Eric enough and his partner. We will be again in the future.

I am from Wisconsin & I purchased this beauty at South Richmond CJDR. Being out of state it took a lot of correspondence back & forth. Mostly dealt with Tommy & Frank, both were awesome! Everyone there made me feel like family even though I was literally a thousand miles away. Also thank you Rosalyn & Marlique for all your help. If you are even considering purchasing here, go for it! You won't regret it! Wish you were closer.

I purchased my 2025 Jeep Gladiator High Tide on Monday, November 10, 2025, from South Richmond Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Josh, Fred, Rosalyn, and Brandon were all absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about every service and feature offered. I actually flew from New York to Virginia just to buy this truck, and then drove about 8 hours back home — that’s how confident I felt about working with this dealership. It was 100% worth the trip! What really stood out to me was the confetti celebration after my purchase — such a fun and thoughtful touch! It’s something I’ve never experienced when buying a new vehicle, and it made the moment feel truly special. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was

I'm giving these folks 5 stars NOW--because my most recent experience with having them work on my car has been excellent. This is a new day for them. I'm ignoring months and months of NO stars during their difficult start-up period, when my two cars sat in their lot not being worked on. They inherited one of my cars from the previous dealership (Crossroads) which accepted the car for repair and then immediately sold the business to the brand new South Richmond CJDR dealership, apparently without telling them about it--or telling me, either. The other car went in for an air-bag recall and sat in the lot way too long before South Richmond was able to start the work. Now, I'm delighted to say, South Richmond has gathered an effective service staff and appears to be working smoothly and effe
