Bought my first car from Shant 4 years ago. Very clean, low mile 2009 Altima. I just went back to Shant and needed to upgrade to a truck. Within a few weeks he had a beautiful Tundra that I just picked up over the weekend. Clean, low miles and ready to go. Purchased a crappy Ford truck on trade-in with this dealership 1 year and 7 months ago and they screwed me pretty good as now the trucks worthless compared to the loan 10k+ negative equity. 3 months into ownership I noticed a weird noise coming from under the hood when turning or moving the steering wheel upon opening the steering fluid reservoir my mechanic noticed the automatic transmission fluid the dealer had filled it with to prevent it from leaking out from around the seals inside of the steering box. (They hid the fact the steering box was failing by filling it with thicker oil as compared to normal steering fluid ) Since it was so wornout and broken it was just leaking past them at this point requiring me to replace the steering box 3 months after purchase! Convenient! , 8 months

I was in the market for a secondary car. Something I could use as my daily driver. But I wanted something that was classy not to expensive. I went to South Shore Auto Mall and got a great deal on one of my favorite cars which is the Mercedes E350. It’s older but fully loaded and and miles were very low. I have had no issues with this car at all. I also had the car looked over at Mercedes. The car was very well maintained. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good used car to go see Shant. Very honest easy going guy. I seen this car at other dealerships but at least $3,000 more or with much higher mileage at the price point I got my car for. I would definitely buy another car from this dealer.
