I would give a lower rating if I could. Why have a phone number when you never answer it. Mike is an enigma since I only know him via the voice mailbox recording. I couldn't tell you how many times I have called and left voicemail with no return call. Complete lack of customer service as a parts department they fail horribly. Part ordered didnt come in as depicted and was damaged, but cant seem to get ahold of anyone to get a solution to the problem.

Never been to this location personally, and don’t live in the same state, but I ordered parts online from this location and was very pleased to have Mike Davidson call me personally to make sure that I was aware of that certain parts weren’t the exact fit to the VIN I posted, but I assured him it was all set and allowed me to get a part shipped out first, even though the other part wasn’t in the stock, very satisfied with above the norm of service you usually get these days.

Website review. Customer isn't bad. Answered all my questions about my order and we're very professional and courteous. My problem relates to the website. When I put in the order for my part on 28 Apr, I selected the expedited option for the listed delivery of 3 May. This implied the part was in stock, though the product page didn't list it being in stock or not. As of 8 May, I just got my shipping notification for the part coming to me. Not a very transparent process unless you reach out to them

Staff is no good robbing people unexpected staff no respect I was fixupbreaks thay do nothing and charg money 3000 $ I sue on this company not exprianced staff and Machenic don’t go there I suggest people
