My car randomly died in the parking lot of ENT associates on lily road. Best decision I made was calling South sound towing to get my car home safely. I was super upset about this but had an amazing driver who not only brought my home with care backed it into our odd driveway for me! Thanks Steve!!!! Hopefully I won't need your service won't be needed again but your at the top of my list if it does come to it. Will definitely recommend 👌

Unethical towing company, that makes their money prowling around ballparks, looking for people to tow who don’t know local rules. Their unauthorized tow signs are not in clear sight, and they took advantage of out of town visitor. (And they don’t care one bit!) Warning visitors: Do NOT park across the road from the ballpark at Timberline HighSchool on Mullen road if you are watching a ball game. They did not post tow signs in clear view (out of sight by dumpsters) and tried to impound my car, ($00-$1000fee) I was in a guest parking spot of an apartment complex. Thankfully I got there before they towed it away, but they demanded I Pay a $300 drop fee. I lost $300 for parking in a guest parking spot for 1 hour! Ouch. Had to have my car towed thanks to a recall. Within 30 minutes from calling, they were at my door and getting it ready to tow. The gentlemans name was Saun, and he was very friendly.

It sucks getting towed for parking in designated spots, however, my kid just so happened to do it. Brandon was amazing to deal with, showed up to get my kids car back the second I called, and was pleasant to deal with. My kid owes me BIG TIME, but at least I didn’t have to deal with terrible customer service while already not waking up to great news on a Sunday. Thanks Brandon (hopefully I spelled and got the name right!)
