Going here made me homesick for the first time since I moved here. My old mechanic, who I completely trust, is a car genius, honest, and professional, and would never treat anyone with disrespect. I miss that!

Kinser knows how to treat customers and got my car in for an oil change right away after Firestone failed to provide service. Solid customer service and recommendations for future maintenance. Will be using them as my main mechanic in the future. Thank you so much South Street!

Was told to go there by interstate battery to get my battery replaced and get it tested the guy came out and tested my battery told me my battery was dead and he would have to do all this performance test but he couldn't do it until a couple weeks mind you this battery is under warranty and it's just a simple switch out I called interstate and they apologize about him so I went to a different installer in Pittsfield and had my battery switched out was much easier I won't recommend this place to anyone I do understand I did go on a Friday right near closing but that's where the company told me to go so I had to wait till Monday to get my car fixed

I’ve been going her a few years with a couple different cars and have had a great experience each time. The staff is always friendly, personable & take the time to explain things to someone like me who knows nothing about vehicles. So helpful every single time.
