My truck’s transmission and back end went down. South Willow Auto Clinic took great care of me. We talked options, pricing, outlook, and they were happy to answer all my questions. Once we decided to move forward they had the sizable job done in no time. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I've used them twice now for different issues for my Volvo XC60. One of the only places in the Cookeville area that has the computers to work on them that won't charge you through the roof. Phil and his team are easy to work with, and had clear communication about costing before they started working on my car. Also gave a speedy repair.

South Willow is locally owned and they do right by their customers. I’m so thankful they were able to get me back on the road so quickly. I can’t stress enough how much they helped me and my old car. I highly recommend them. Super friendly and didn’t try to take advantage of me because I’m a woman, which I greatly appreciated.

Are there any honesty left in the world? Yes! I came here for a second opinion on my struts & shocks. My car hasn't hit 100K miles yet but a franchise mechanic in Mt Juliet recommended that I needed everything replaced and it's $2K! Stacey and everyone at South Willow are friendly and helpful. Glad My subaru is running as it should.
