We highly recommend Willowbrook for post-surgical rehabilitation. After my grandfather’s emergency surgery, the staff provided a seamless and supportive transition into recovery. The coordination between Nursing, PT, and Speech therapy was outstanding. Most importantly, the staff treated my grandparents like family, demonstrating a level of care that is truly rare. Very,VERY upset to hear that one of my customers is being threatened to be kicked out due to how many packages she receives. There was a system error and many of her items were sent to the wrong address and has had to be resent to her. So while it may seem like she is ordering alot she is NOT. And IF that WAS the case,She pays $4,000 a month to live here and you mean to tell me she can’t order as many as packages as she wants to? The way she has been treated is SICK and I will be reporting this!

I have enjoyed living at Southampton Estates very much. Everyone is friendly and courteous. My life is much the same as at home but much easier

Best kept secret! My mother-in-law Peggy, has lived here ~10 years & it's a great place! Beautiful housing, fabulous services & care, restaurant quality food, wonderful & caring employees. They also give back to the community (incl. a local pet rescue we volunteer at.) Southampton Estates is quick to respond to any questions or concerns, efficient & effective. Can't go wrong. Worth a look!

Great place for aging folk. My mom lived there for five years. Her apartment was beautiful. I would recommend it over a lot of the others. When Mom passed away, she had briefly been in hospice. The ladies could not have been nicer or more attentive. The nurses were wonderful. They were true angles of mercy and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
