⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t write reviews often, but this one is earned. I had been putting off some needed work on my vehicle and finally had to handle it under a tight deadline. After calling around to several places and not feeling confident about reviews, pricing clarity, or turnaround time, I came across this shop and spoke with Aaron. From the very first phone call, he did something that unfortunately isn’t always common...he let me speak. I explained in detail what I needed, my time crunch, and the concerns I had. He listened fully without interrupting or talking over me. He was clear about what they could do and had me bring the vehicle in. I would like to give a shout out to Aaron and the guy's at Southeast Automotive. I was having problems with my brakes squealing immediately after I had them replaced a couple months ago at another repair shop, after several failed attempts to get the problem resolved I decided to look for another repair shop, I read some reviews and decided to go to Southeast Automotive. These guys are great, they inspected my vehicle took pictures of the problem areas sent it to me and gave me a couple options and estimates on the repair, there was no pressure or up selling. They did a fantastic job on my brakes , no squealing at all. I highly recommend these guys if you're in need of any vehicle maintenance or repairs.

Called for an appointment for an oil change on my Lincoln. I had to change the appt 3 times for personal reasons and Aaron was so kind, polite and accommodating. I got there early. They took my car in immediately and began doing the inspections. Did my oil change. I added them to check my cabin filter inside my glove compartment. They did so said it was fine. Front alignment was fine. Gave me information regarding the life of my battery and said with this particular battery it’s supposed to be three 800 A cranking and it was only functioning at 200 A. I asked what did that mean and he said you could be anywhere in your car and it may not start so you really need a new battery and especially with cold weather coming. This is the best mechanic shop and I feel very fortunate that they’re quite local to me too, although I’d probably make the trip out even if they weren’t. I’ve brought my beloved Honda Element here several times for routine maintenance and the service is outstanding. Aaron and his team are great communicators and fast workers, with incredibly fair pricing. This is the place to go if you need help with your car!

Great experience. My truck issue was diagnosed and repaired quickly. A video and photos were sent to me regarding the issue and I was given progress updates. I will use Southeast Automotive again and would certainly recommend them.
